How this yard runs.

• Stripe is the cash register. Rent, a wash deal, a car, and a pickup are paid there. Card numbers stay in Stripe.
• Cloudflare is the software. These pages, the tenant door, and the helpers run there. A helper can draft. It does not send mail and it does not move money.
• Google Sheets holds the notes and the ledger. A sheet does not charge a card and it does not host the website.
