How pay works
Market + skill rates
Pay is established per work order from the type of work, verified skill and experience, approved labor time, and book-time / complexity standards — not a handshake guess every time.
Prorated hours
You are paid for approved time worked, including partial hours. Formula: approved minutes ÷ 60 × approved hourly rate. The portal shows the math before you submit.
Proof required
No data, no pay. Clear before/after photos or video when the job requires it. Blurry or missing evidence delays or blocks payment.
Approval first
You finish the job → we check it → we pay the agreed amount through Stripe to your bank.
Working standards
- Declare skills and your desired rates up front.
- Honor commitments when you also work other jobs.
- Use the portal and assigned Google / WhatsApp channels — stay on topic.
- Represent J&M professionally; de-escalate customer issues; send payment disputes to management.
- Never accept paper checks from tenants for facility rent — digital payments are the facility rule.
